Reflection Unit 4 (music)

In this unit, I have learned a lot of things about music and particularly about Blues history. I used to hear about blues but I didn't really know nothing about it. For instance, I didn't know at all that Blues come from the black people and especially from the slave. It is actually a type of music that is made from casual things like farm tools. I have also learned a lot of things like some terms that belong to the world of music. I can that I completely didn’t know what scratching meant even though I used to hear it. Once I knew what word mean I was like “oooh I see now” and those kinds of things are always good to know because they help having a good general culture knowledge. Moreover, I have learned about rap too which is genre that actually come from Blues. In fact, Rap is whole different type of music than the other ones. This is genre where the lyrics are usually about complains of injustices with a heavy beat in the background. This is what I have learned in this unit in few of words and I am really glad that I know these new things now.
